How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our
Privacy Policyfor more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  FREE SHIPPING on USA orders of $40. or more

USA
$2. flat rate - Flat rate First Class (1 or stamp sets)
$5. flat rate - Flat rate Priority mail (1 or 2 stamp sets)

CANADA
$3. flat rate - International First Class

INTERNATIONAL
$3. flat rate - International First Class (1-2 stamp sets)
$5. flat rate - International First Class (3 or more stamp sets)

Please note - International First Class Mail will be noted as commercial merchandise. The value you paid for the items will be marked. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary greatly by country. Paper Smooches is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped.  Order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail.

Shipping and Handling fees are subject to change at any time.


I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  If you would like to return an item in your order, we will happily accept unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping your returned item(s) to Paper Smooches, except in the case of a defective product or mis-shipped product. Please contact customer service at info@papersmoochesstamps.com. Thank you.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at kim@papersmoochesstamps.comwithin 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
